When Were Resource Conservation Districts Formed in

Los Angeles County?

The Portal Ridge District was organized August 28, 1941. The Quail Lake District was organized August 17, 1942. The Antelope Valley Soil Conservation District was organized on July 3, 1944 by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.
